Fight MS-

As many of you know. In February of 2006 my Dad was diagnosed with Multiple
Sclerosis. Approximately 400,000 Americans have MS, and every week about 200
people are diagnosed. While there have been many great improvements in the
medications and treatments for MS in recent years, so much more can be done to fight
this disease.

Fortunately, along with the medication my Dad takes, exercise is very helpful in fighting
the disease. When it comes to being active, Dad has been a great source of inspiration
for Erin and I over the years. At the age of 50 we watched him run his first marathon
and that was what started it all for both of us in endurance sports. If it weren't for my
Dad leading the way, there is a good chance we would not be living near the active
lifestyle that we do today.

You can help fight this disease not only through financial donations which are much
appreciated, but through awareness and education as well.
